1 · Photo

Sideways photo? Rotate turns it a quarter turn each click. Phone photos are turned the right way up automatically.
Carved as bright cut-through letters on a band under the portrait. For a group, each photo gets its own name above.

2 · Stencil

How many carving depths between solid skin and the thinnest glow (0.7 to 2.3 mm). More steps give smoother shading on the 3D print; fewer give cleaner shapes for carving a real pumpkin. The AI style always draws five.
How much fine detail is merged into flat tone areas. Higher = simpler, cleaner shapes that are easier to carve; lower = more detail but more speckle.
Stretches light and dark apart before the tones are split into levels. Raise it for flat or dim photos so faces get more glow; lower it if everything is turning white.
Adds black outline strokes along detected edges (eyes, lips, hair). Higher = more lines; 0 = no outlines, tones only. In AI style the model draws its own lines, so 0 is the default there.
Thickness of those outline strokes in pixels. Thicker lines survive printing and carving better; 2 is fine detail, 5+ is bold.
What happens to the darkest tones. 1 = they stay solid pumpkin skin (dark hair and clothes disappear into the pumpkin); lower lets them glow dimly instead. Use 0 for dark subjects on dark backgrounds.

Sizes that will not fit your printer are greyed out. The body prints upright, the lid beside it or on its own.
Pumpkin width across its widest point. Height follows (about 0.9×, plus the stem). 120 mm suits one face, 140–160 mm a group.
At 100% the picture fills the body from near the base to near the rim. Make it smaller to put a face higher up, or a logo low down; the position slider only has room when the size is below 100%.
Carves the picture all the way round instead of on the front: the middle faces front and the two ends meet at the back. Realistic style only. Use a wide strip of about 4:1 (for example 4300 × 1000 px) with "Whole image" framing, or a group with "Spread evenly round".
Stem off gives a smooth domed lid in one colour. The cable hole is 13 mm wide through the back wall just above the floor, for a wired LED string (much brighter than a tea light).
